Camping on the primitive side of Myrtle Beach State Park (No Electricity)

My kids go to a school that includes a huge camping trip every year and this year me and Elias attended. My other two had no interest in camping. They are one and done campers. 😁

I wanted to show you guys the primitive camping side of the Myrtle Beach State Park also referred to as the overflow area. It's a small secluded area in the back of the parking lot near the pier. They are limited on the large spots, so if you have a huge set up you can only stay in maybe 4 spots comfortably. No trailers or RVs are allowed on this side. They do have water, but you will need to bring your own power source.
