Don is a feared leader in Mumbai who always manages to stay ahead of the authorities. Officers D'Silva, Verma and Malik try for years to catch him but fail. During a chase, Don is badly injured and dies, and D'Silva secretly arranges his burial. To bring down the entire network, D'Silva finds Vijay, a look-alike performer, and asks him to pose as Don. Vijay trains with D’Silva, returns to the gang pretending to have memory loss, and slowly learns their secrets. He gives D’Silva a diary containing key information, but complications arise when Roma tries to confront him. D’Silva explains the truth to Roma, but soon after, he is caught in crossfire at a party and loses his life. Vijay is taken into custody, escapes, and teams up with Roma; they later join Jasjit, who holds the missing diary.
The trio discovers that Malik is actually Vardhaan in disguise, and that he has taken Deepu and Munni to force them to surrender. In the final standoff, Vijay reveals he switched the real diary, exposes Vardhaan, and the group walks free after the police arrest the villains.
