I personally don’t look at video tripods so much but the way that the Tilta VT05 Carbon Fiber Travel Video tripod was made seems like it was a good exception. This travel tripod was designed ideally for video and was given a fluid head however looking at it makes it also very much usable for photos especially since the panning arm can be removed. This is one of those reviews that I don’t really have anything bad to say. Then again, I’d want to see what Tilta would do on a photo version of this.
