Tommy Industrial Delem DA41S Press Brake Controller Overview

Описание: A brief overview of the Delem DA41S CNC press brake controller on the Tommy Industrial 44 Ton 6 Foot Press Brake, model TIHB44-6. This controller can handle up to 100 programs with 25 bends per program and is super easy to operate.

This controller will store the following information within a program: bend angle, material thickness, back gauge setting, back gauge retract setting, material ID (tensile strength), etc.

Other parameters can be set in the program constants folder including: material tensile strength, contrast, brightness, millimeters/inches, retract time, bending time, decompression time, etc.

This press brake controller has 5 folders or operating modes including:

1. Product programming and execution.
2. Tool programming.
3. Program constants.
4. Manual movement.
5. Bend program selection.

Basic navigation can be made on the controller with arrow keys.

Tommy Industrial press brakes can be ordered with NC or CNC control systems. All machines include practice tooling, light curtain, back gauge with fingers and many more standard features.
