Описание: Today I checked out the Steam demo for The Path into the Abyss, a hardcore first-person open-world survival shooter from MXR Productions. As expected with a demo, it’s a bit rough around the edges, but the atmosphere and overall aesthetic are absolutely gorgeous. The setting and tone immediately stand out, and you can clearly see the ambition behind the systems at play.

The dynamic AI still needs work, but the idea of a living sandbox driven by the game’s “Abyss Director” and “Abyss AI” is genuinely interesting, especially with multiple factions and creatures interacting across the world. There’s a clear vision here, and I’m very curious to see how this develops as the game continues toward release.
