Setting your feet right in order to stay balanced through your jab and cross is key to maximizing your power. In this video, we’re going to take a look at how we can use our footwork to maximize our power through two of the most common boxing punches, the jab, and the cross.
Boxing requires shifting your weight correctly in order to maintain your center of gravity while rotating the hips in order to generate force from the feet through to the hips, the torso, and eventually the fist.
