Get bigger arms in just 15 minutes with this ultimate home dumbbell workout for men! This workout will help you build strength and definition in your biceps and triceps using just a pair of dumbbells. No gym required!
Here are the exercises for today's workout:
0:00 - Get Ready!
0:35 - Dumbbell Skull Crushers
3:35 - Dumbbell Hammer Curls
6:35 - Diamond Push-Ups
9:35 - Dumbbell Under Hand Grip Bicep Curls
12:35 - Over Head Dumbbell Triceps Extensions
You'll be repeating each exercise 3 times in a row before moving onto the next one. Intervals will be 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
If your goal is bigger, stronger, more defined biceps and triceps, then I recommend adding in this workout to your routine 1 or 2 times a week.
