🍜 What’s Inside This Khao Suey Bowl?
🔸 For Coconut Curry:
• नारियल का दूध (Coconut milk) – 1 cups
• बेसन (Gram flour) – 2 tbsp
• अदरक (Ginger) – ½ tsp
• लहसुन (garlic) – ½ tsp
• हरी मिर्च (Green chillies) – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
• हरा धनिया (Fresh coriander leaves) – ½ tsp
• प्याज़ (Onions) – ¼ cup
• हल्दी पाउडर (Turmeric powder) – ¼ tsp
• लाल मिर्च पाउडर (Red chilli powder) – ¼ tsp (optional)
• धनिया पाउडर (Coriander powder ) – ¼ tsp
• जीरा पाउडर (Cumin powder ) – ¼ tsp
• गुड़ ( Jaggery) – 1 tsp (optional)
• नमक (Salt) – to taste
• पानी (Water) – 1 cup
• मक्खन या तेल (Butter or oil) – 1 tbsp
🔸 For Boiled Noodles:
• उबले हुए नूडल्स (Boiled noodles) – 2 cups
• नमक (Salt) – to taste
• तेल (Oil) – 1 tsp (to prevent sticking)
🔸 For Stir-Fried/Steamed Veggies:
• गाजर (Carrot) – ¼ cup, julienned
• शिमला मिर्च (Capsicum) – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
• ब्रोकोली (Broccoli) – ¼ cup
• हरी बीन्स (Green beans) – ¼ cup, chopped
• नमक (Salt) – to taste
• मक्खन (Butter) – 1 tsp (optional, for sautéing)
🌶️ Condiments (served on the side):
Serve each condiment in a separate bowl for interactive self-assembly.
• तले हुए प्याज़ (Fried onions) – ¼ cup
• तले हुए लहसुन (Fried garlic chips) – 2 tbsp
• हरा धनिया (Fresh coriander leaves) – 2 tbsp, chopped
• नींबू के टुकड़े (Lemon wedges) – 2 to 3
• भूने हुए मूंगफली (Roasted peanuts) – 2 tbsp, crushed
