Formed in the early 1970s as a Belgian based charter airline, TEA went on to establish a group of airlines across Europe with subsidiary airlines in five other countries. Just like the British based Air Europe, who had also built themselves a pan-European empire, TEA would suffer the same fate with the airline collapsing mere months after it's British counterpart...

Apologies for my voice during this episode, I had been ill with the flu and was recovering from it when I recorded the audio. Normally I would have waited a bit longer, so that I had recovered however I was due to leave on holiday shortly after and I recorded the audio with the intention/hope of getting the episode out before I departed. Also I'd like to apologise for the delay, as I said in a post last week, things have been hectic here at Expo HQ with a busy flying schedule, a holiday and the addition of a new puppy into our family (and she has kept me busy no-end). I had originally planned on having this episode published nearly 2 months ago but had not been able to get much done on it despite spending all of my free time on it...

Now that our pup is settled in better I hope to have future episodes out quicker :)
