On November 1st, Variety published a feature article “Crisis at Marvel: Jonathan Majors Back-Up Plans, ‘The Marvels’ Reshoots, Reviving Original Avengers and More Issues Revealed”. That puts a new spin of the recently released book “MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios” by Joanna Robinson and others, which we’ll be exploring here!
The book details the rise of the MCU, but not the fall – though it tries very hard to distract you from thinking it might have anything to do with what Kathleen Kennedy did to Star Wars, or in South Park Journey to the Panderverse special!
In this editorial, @AndreEinherjar will first break down how this book is trying to manipulate you and distract you from seeing what should be blatantly obvious. Then, I’ll go through Marvel’s rise, which the book is straightforward about, before breaking down what the authors are so desperately trying to obfuscate, namely the reasons behind the FALL of the MCU.
