Описание: I am very thrilled and excited to share with you that as of today, April 7th, 2025, I am celebrating 25 years of Bipolar Wellness!  It is not lost on me that I could not have gotten to this achievement alone.  My hospital Oak Valley MSH, Doctor and team were so instrumental in properly diagnosing me with Bipolar and that is where I started this ongoing journey, 25 years ago.  My family and those friends that are so close to me made all the difference.  My YouTube channel allowed me to express my thoughts and feelings about living with Bipolar to a wider audience and to hear viewer's stories have touched my heart deeply. This insidious disease I have does not have a cure but it is manageable.  It does take hard work and it takes a daily effort that makes you think how can I try again??  You feel you can't do it today.  But as time passes I realized somehow, some way, I have made that effort many times over.  I get to live my life and enjoy the simple things that I adore and I am grateful for the time spent with loved ones.     This year has been particularly challenging for me in my work life, my personal life and in turn it has affected my mental health.  God has given me the beautiful gift of consistency and resiliency over the many years of managing my bipolar.  That has allowed me to find stability in this turbulent world.  I am so grateful for those that have walked beside me and filled me with encouragement and hope when it was most needed.   Thank you for being there and caring about me, not judging but allowing me to be authentically "me'.  That is an incredible gift !
