If you found your Cetus MKII's axis is hitting the endpoint repeatedly producing a clunky noise, you need to redo the homing calibration for the that axis.
Since there is no endstops on Cetus MKII, there is an extra step of homing calibration to allow stepper motor to function as endstop. It is calibrated before leaving the factory but the calibration could be distorted during shipping or after long time of use.
The calibration is very simple, just turn adjustment screw on the Z axis or use calibration sticker provided on the X or Y axis.
