People are gathering at Elizabeth Caruthers Park in Portland, Oregon for a protest and march to the ICE facility.
They are calling for justice for those who federal agents shot in Minneapolis and in Portland this week.
The group is also calling for ICE’s permit at the South Portland facility to be stripped.
