Gin, Campari, Cointreau, Lemon Juice
A riff on the Pegu Club that tastes more like a Cosmo, has no jasmine in it but drinks like grapefruit, the Jasmine is a refreshing, citrusy cocktail that was made by Paul Harrington for his friend Matt Jasmin. The standard spec ends up being a little on the dry /tart side, so if you like it sweeter i recommend adding a barspoon of simple to soften the cocktail!
1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz orange liqueur, such as cointreau
.25 oz red aperitif, such as campari
Add to a mixing tin with ice, shake it down. Pour into a coupe glass, garnish with a lemon peel.
