In 2025 Arts Dynamics launched a Creative Tech Cluster in partnership with Epicenter Stockholm, and has since welcomed its first members and partners from the cultural / creative industries, tech and business in Sweden, the Nordics and abroad; both freelancers, SMEs and larger cultural organisations.

Among them, we are delighted to introduce Swedish non-profit organisation Kulturlyftet with its three owner organisations; The County Theatres in Sweden, Regional Music in Sweden and the County Museums Cooperation Council (Länsteatrarna i Sverige, Regional Musik i Sverige and Länsmuseernas Samarbetsråd).

In this talk you get to meet Ismo Railisson, Project Manager Folk and Kultur as well as Nina Björnby, chair person for Regional Music in Sweden, vice chair Kulturlyftet and chair person for the Culture Committee (Kulturberedningen), Region Västerbotten.

We will do a deep-dive behind the scenes ahead of Folk och Kultur 4-7 February 2026, Sweden´s largest annual cultural political conference with a record breaking number of attendees this year. You will also hear more about their work, what their member organisations report from the field, opportunities and threats they see for the future and discuss concrete action steps to move the needle forward in a positive direction.
