I live with ADHD. I’m married. I juggle freelance work, studying something new, household stuff, a relationship, a cat, and… a little social life too. Honestly? Some days IT'S A LOT! ⏰
This channel is me saying: yes, it's POSSIBLE. You can manage all of that if you step away from endless scrolling, focus on what actually matters, and give yourself permission to work deeply, even when life feels chaotic.
