Iceland's Diamond Beach is in South Iceland. It's several hours east of Reykjavik, and a popular spot for drivers on the country's famous "Ring Road."

At the foot of one of Iceland's massive glaciers, huge icebergs break off and float down a lagoon, which brings them out into the Atlantic Ocean.
The waves push the icebergs back onto the shore, breaking them apart into smaller pieces. They're so clear and sparkling against the black sand beach that they look like diamonds on the shore.
It's easy to see how this place got the nickname "Diamond Beach."
