I visited the Salcedo weekend market in Makati, Manila where I found this vendor selling mango ice cream. The local way is to eat it in a bread bun rather than a cone, so that's what I got.
One bun filled with mango ice cream cost 50 pesos, about $0.90 USD. That's a lot more than ice cream normally costs on the streets in the Philippines, but it's a fancy weekend market in Makati, a rich area of the city.
The ice cream tasted very natural, like it had been made with real mango, and was not overly sweet.
