Step #1: Know where your balloons are coming from.
Balloons are spawning over the ocean on the right or left side of your island. It’ll be flipped after sundown, so keep that in mind.
Step #2: Check the time
Balloons spawn on every fourth or ninth minute. For example: 1:34, 8:59, 11:24, or 12:09.
Step #3: Head to Nook’s Cranny
In order to force a balloon to spawn. Walk over to one of the item, get the prompt where you inquire about the price, and then reject the sale.
Now head outside to the beach where the balloons are coming in from.
Step #4: Run up and down the beach
