This 15 minute lower body workout at home is split into three 5-minute sections so you can push harder, progress over time, and train at your own pace. This is a follow along leg workout focusing on glutes, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs — perfect if you’re short on time but still want results.
You can do this at home leg workout with a booty band and dumbbell, or turn it into a bodyweight lower body workout if you don’t have equipment. I personally love scheduling leg days when I’m fueled and ready to progressively overload — whether that’s after a meal or with a protein coffee and banana.
