About the sharer.
Fernando has over 20 years’ experience in Civil & Structural Detailing in Building and Infrastructure projects including BIM modeling Coordination & Management. Joined the Architecture-Engineering-Construction Industry (AEC) in the Philippines since 2002 where he exposed into various experiences in local and international projects such as High-end Infrastructure, Buildings, and Industrial projects. He started his career as Designer and Project Site Coordinator for a local Construction company In Manila before joining a Japanese based international firm as Concrete and Steel structural CAD Detailer and 3D model Visual Artist specializing in both 2D & 3D. He later joined CPG Corporation Pte Ltd Singapore in 2009 & AECOM Pte Ltd Singapore in 2014. In 2019, he joined Bentley Systems to help bridge the gap between Building and Civil BIM workflows. Fernando is a strong advocate on the BIM’s best practices and standard process.
