Hi love bug! 🤗 Welcome to Day 22 of the 30-day stretch routine for mobility and flexibility to get closer to your splits.
This follow-along routine lengthens and strengthens the important muscles for improved flexibility over time.
We’ll focus on consistent progress through gentle, effective stretches — each held for 30 seconds.
I modified the middle split for a deeper stretch in the inner thighs.
Remember to listen to your body, nothing good comes from pushing too hard.🌸
