Our first episode of the Eat Street series takes us to the LCB Depot for #LastFriday, could street food ever find its way into a work place canteen? who knows!

We are on a mission! to highlight all the fantastic cities within the United Kingdom and what great street food vendors they have to offer!

We are Jake and Nayns we’re two brothers who just love great food, born from the childhood memories of being surrounded by beautiful and delicious food prepared by our Mum.

Having madly busy lifestyles and out on the go, we could never find anything that matched up to the tasty food from home. So a quest was born, one where we attempted to marry the vibrancy of street food with the convenience of a handheld snack. It was then that Jake and Nayns’ was born.

In November 2018, we were crowned Family-Owned Business of the Year Award at Amazon Growing Business Awards.

SO WHATS TO EAT?

In todays video we talk to two street food vendors the first being The English Indian who combines the flavours and spices of India with your everyday English chippy.

We tried the battered haloumi and chips and a serving of masala chips and chilli mushy peas!

Secondly we tried a true vegan sensation at Vausages where Nayns had the "ultimate dog" with a secret and delicious blue sauce!
