Cody vs Sagat High Tiger Shot tech

Due to Sagat having hurtboxes in just the right spot Cody can MASSIVELY extend the reach of his c.MP or c.HP to punish a high tiger shot from much farther away than you would expect. The followup needs to be careful as you will likely get hit by the tigershot if you do something like a ruffian, but often Zonk/Criminal Upper is safe due to the forward movement.

c.MP is 100% safe to just throw out, and is fast. c.HP yields more reward but can actually get hit by the high tiger shot during some of the later frames if you whiff or hit really late.
