In this video, I connect MS-DOS 6.22 (1994) to the modern internet and test what still works — including Gopher, IRC, BBS systems, and early web browsers.
Using tools like mTCP, Arachne, MicroWeb, and IRCjr, I explore how a 30-year-old operating system can still communicate with parts of today's internet. Some services still work surprisingly well, while others show just how much the web has changed since the early 1990s.
