It introduces the basic notes, and also shows you how to create groups of quavers and semiquavers but also how to group rhythms using both types of notes. It goes onto explain how to create bars of rhythms in a time signature and how to play them correctly alongside a steady pulse. Finally it shows you how to take the next step from a rhythm to a melody using pitches on a stave.
