Why A Tiny House? Why a "Lofted Barn"?

Because of their size, tiny homes require much fewer materials to build but also much less energy to maintain, something that significantly lowers their owner's carbon large footprint. Heating an average house generates ~8,000 pounds of CO2 a year, more than 14x the 558 pounds of CO2 emitted by a tiny house. Especially when the tiny home has an incredible amount of love making going on inside the Shed. If the shed is a rocking don't come a knocking.

Lower Expenses. A tiny house costs a lot less to build than a full-sized one. Perfect for a Youtubers Budget. The average price for a full-sized house, by contrast, is $272,000 – more than 10 times as much. Cutting back on housing expenses enables tiny house youtubers to put more money toward luxuries (such as travel, door dash, light sabers), save for retirement by using what you might have been spending on a house payment to put into more lore.
