✏The hymn "Now the Powers of Heaven" is sung during the solemn transfer of the Holy Gifts during the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts.
The TEXT of the Chant:
Now the Powers of heaven with us
invisibly do minister. For, lo! the King of
Glory entereth now. Behold, the mystical
sacrifice, all accomplished, is ushered in.
Let us with faith and love draw near,
that we may become partakers of life
eternal. Alleluia. Alleluia. Alleluia.

✏The chant is performed by the Male Choir of St. Elisabeth Convent.
Founded initially by the monastic brethren, the Choir has undergone several line-up changes. Today it consists of lay men, mostly working at the Convent. The repertoire of the Male Choir is based on ancient two-part chants, such as Znamenny, Valamo, Kievan, Byzantine, etc. Shaping its own sounding, the Choir takes a cue from the very authentic chant of the Valamo Transfiguration Monastery, often described as a fusion of Byzantium and the Russian North with its severe nature.
