Sandwich Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Mixture:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Cream cheese 1 cup
Icing sugar 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Garlic Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Parsley (dried) 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken fillets (boneless) 5-6
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tsp

Ingredients for Fried Eggs:
Eggs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for assembling:
Bread slices as required
Prepared chicken (strips) as required
Cream cheese mixture as required
Garlic mayo sauce as required
Tomatoes (sliced & chopped) as required
Cucumber (Sliced) as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Lettuce leaves (chopped) as required
Green capsicum (chopped & julienne) as required
Red capsicum (chopped & julienne) as required
Boiled eggs (sliced & chopped) as required
Fried eggs as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Red chili flakes (for sprinkle)

Directions for Cream Cheese mixture preparation:
1- In a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, cream cheese, and icing sugar and mix well for the outer topping of the cake. Set aside.
Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
1- In a bowl add mayo, black pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, and cream and mix it well. Your Garlic Mayo Sauce is ready. Set aside.
Direction for Chicken preparation:
1- In a bowl add chicken fillets, ginger garlic paste, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, hot sauce, and soy sauce and mix it well. Marinate for 15-20 mins.
2- Marinate it for?
3- In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook each side for 5-6 mins or until fully done.
4- Take off the flame and cut chicken fillets into strips. Set aside.
Directions for Fried Eggs Preparation:
1- In a heated pan heat oil and add the egg and fry each side for 1-2 minutes or until fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
2- Take bread slices and remove the edges.
3- On a kitchen board place bread slices then spread garlic mayo on it. Add the layers of lettuce leaves, chicken strips, bread slices, garlic mayo sauce, lettuce leaves, fried eggs, cucumber slices, tomato slices and bread slices.
4- Now spread cream cheese mixture on the prepared cake sandwich from top and sides.
5- Garish and decorate the cake with lettuce leaves, capsicum, tomatoes, black olives, boiled eggs, chicken cubes and red chili flakes.
6- Your Chicken Club Sandwich is ready.
