The Reiki precepts were established the founder, Dr Usui Mikao. The precepts are one of the five main elements of the system of Reiki, and in essence, the precepts are the key to the other four elements, as without the precepts the whole system would fall apart.
The precepts bring spiritual depth into everyday life and can offer guidance for connecting with your Reiki energy, and your own true essence.
This is the brushed version of the Dr Usui Mikao Precepts, which he did by his own hand on his memorial stone in the grounds of the Saihoji Temple in Tokyo.
