Can I Thread the Needle 30 Times… One-Handed?

Описание: Taking on one of the toughest ball striking challenges I’ve done.

In this live stream, I’m attempting to thread the golf ball between two tees using only one arm — no lead hand, just the trail arm controlling everything.

The goal: 30 in a row.

Miss the gate once… and it’s a full reset.

This one-handed drill is great for fixing:
• Early extension
• Coming over the top
• Poor club path

It forces the club to shallow naturally and move correctly through the impact zone, building better feel and more consistent ball striking.
