Here's a simple chicken breast recipe that's minimal prep time in the kitchen and tastes amazing.
INGREDIENTS:
toothpicks
3 chicken breast
1 tsp garlic paste
(I used chopped garlic)
12 stalks of asparagus
1/2 cup cream cheese
( divide into 3 -best to use block version as its already measured on the package)
1 tbs ghee
(butter or olive oil also work)
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
(I used a parmesan, provolone and mozzarella blend)
Salt & Pepper to taste
