A few weeks ago, the ACB collaborated with the Food and Agriculture Organization and the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity for the pilot webinar of a series on Monitoring and Reporting of KM GBF Target 2: Understanding the Headline Indicator and the Reporting template.
The event, attended by representatives from government organisations/ministries, academe, private organisations, and other TSCCs, guided the constituent countries for quality monitoring and reporting of areas under restoration in relation to the goal of restoring at least 30 per cent of degraded ecosystems by 2030.
