Описание: Why do I sound like Buffalo Bill? So I was commissioned to make a giant wall piece. This was just under 4x8. Something like 7' x 40". It needed to fit a certain space. Challenge excepted. I did not use a jointer however I would if I did it again. This took about three 8' 4x4's. I changed the angle for every cut. each angle cut however cuts two pieces. Cut at 90, change angle between 5-7, move piece over random amount, set back to 90 and cut. Each piece was cleaned up on the sander then painted. Black spots had a purpose however it didn't pan out and was a waist of time. Arranged the pieces and glued down. Once everything was glued I let it dry overnight. The next day i shot brad nails from the back side into each piece. Covered the back with brown butcher paper to have a more finished look and added my mounting hardware. The customer was more than happy with the outcome which made me happy. Thanks for reading this far, and thank you for watching.
