Crepes recipe:
2 eggs
1 cup water (240ml)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour (120 grams)
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days in the fridge.
