This year we are celebrating the 30 year anniversary since Dr Samuel Gruber founded the Bimini Biological Field Station, creating a year-round research lab on the island of South Bimini. Now a growing Non-profit organization, the BBFSF aims to understand and conserve elasmobranchs, educate future scientists, and disseminate our research to the wider community.
Follow us as we discuss Doc Gruber’s pioneering scientific research and how the Shark Lab became one of the best-known field stations in the world!
