My kitchen knives needed some help, and so too my most used pocket knives. I wanted a sharpening system that was small, elegant, mess free, and dummy (that's me) proof.
Seeing the Horl reps at Blade Show West I figured it was time to bite as I knew I'd be getting the authentic product. And be sure there are terrible imitators out there.
Spoiler... no regrets!... despite the price this will be well worth the investment and give me aid in my quest to enjoy the kitchen.
