1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp gram flour
oil for frying


for chutney
4 tbsp tamarind pulp
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 green chili
black salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
water as required
