In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explains why human beings, though appearing alive, are actually living within a copied world of their own minds — like images stored in a camera or scenes playing in a videotape. Because people live inside this mental copy of the world, they do not know the origin of life and therefore cannot experience true life.

All things in this world are alive because the origin of life — the great Universe — is alive. Coming from this origin and returning to this origin is the law of nature and the essence of Truth.

Through Santa Clara Meditation, one can discard the human mind that merely resembles the world and instead become the world itself, the origin. When this illusionary mind is discarded, one is reborn into true life and begins to live in the real world rather than the mental videotape of illusion.

This is the path to discovering what life truly is.
