The best way to keep your cooktop clean is to use dry cookware and avoid spills, but it’s hard to keep grease from popping, sauce from dripping, and water from boiling over. When that happens, avoid damage by cleaning your cooktop properly. Cerama Bryte and Weiman cleaners are recommended, but you can use a glass-cleaning blade scraper for extra stubborn spills.
