Naramat and Nempiris ventured out with two cubs. One playful boy got lost in a bush game, oblivious as the family moved on. By the time he noticed, they were gone. Panicked calls echoed unanswered; hyenas lurked nearby, and a jackal's bark alerted the bush.
We stayed to guard him, hearts racing. After 30 minutes, we tracked the adults—who turned back when their daughter refused to budge. Watch the joyous reunion: the lost cub sprints home, nuzzling his sister and parents. Lesson learned—he stuck close after that. Pure savannah magic!
