Video Footage taken by my late father of the 1994 Royal Air Force Station Valley Air Show when he and my Mother visited Anglesey to see myself while I was stationed at the Ty-Croes Radar site just south east of the airfield.
The video comes off an old 625 line PAL VHS tape so the quality is not HD and quite poor in places.
Star of the Show were a pair of Sukhoi Su-27 Flankers flown by test pilots from the Russian Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI) with the lead pilot being the famous Anatoly Kvochur. Cockpit footage from the practice sortie he flew on the day before the airshow at the start of this video can be found on the second half of the video linked below.
