½ kg Mutton Liver – Neatly cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
4 Medium to Large Onions – Finely chopped
2 Green Chilies – Sliced
2 spoons Ginger Garlic Paste
½ cup Fresh Coriander Leaves – Chopped
¼ cup Pudina (Mint Leaves) – Chopped
1–2 stems Curry Leaves
Salt – 1 spoon or as per taste
Red Chili Powder – 1 spoon or as per taste
2 spoons Homemade Garam Masala
1½ spoon Dhania (Coriander) Powder
½ spoon Saunf (Fennel) Powder
¼ spoon Dalchini (Cinnamon) Powder
A few crushed Kasoori Methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
1 spoon Ghee
Oil (We use Sesame Oil )
💡 Tip:
Do not add water while cooking! Mutton liver naturally releases moisture and does not need any extra water. Adding water can spoil the texture and flavor of the dish.
