Slay the Spire II is a roguelike deck-building game developed and published by Mega Crit as a sequel to their 2019 game, Slay the Spire. Similar to Slay the Spire, the sequel has the user select one character, using and gaining cards to defeat monsters and complete encounters as they travel through multiple levels of the titular spire. Slay the Spire II introduces two new characters in addition to three returning characters, and introduces support for four player co-operative play. An early access version of Slay the Spire II was released for Windows, macOS, Linux in March 2026.

At the start of the game, players select one of five characters, each with their unique set of starting cards as well as cards that can be gained throughout a run. These include three returning characters from Slay the Spire: the Ironclad which builds up attack combos with their cards, the Silent that uses debuffs like poison to slow the enemy, and the Defect that evokes magic orbs that can do damage over time. At least two characters are new in the sequel, the Necrobinder who has a giant skeleton hand companion, Osty, that does physical damage in addition to the Necrobinder's magic that targets the souls of the enemies; and the Regent, which can create minions out of cards while collecting stars during battle that scale up his attack power.
