More About Peter:
Peter is an ADHD Health coach who also has ADHD. After being a personal trainer for 7 years and helping ADHD clients, he then got diagnosed because he was using what worked for him with them, and it worked. He has a BA in psychology focusing on behavior change and mindfulness, finishing a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition. He also has many other certifications, but those are the main. His goal is to help others live healthier lives, and currently he is doing that with the ADHD and mental health community since he has Anxiety and ADHD it is close to his heart.
