Juicy Ribeye Steak with Creamy Mushroom Onion and Spinach Sauce
Ingredients
For the steak
2 ribeye steaks about 1-inch thick
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Johnny’s seasoning
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
For the creamy mushroom onion and spinach sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 pound mushrooms sliced thinly
1/2 cups fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic minced
½ cup cream of mushroom
1/2 cup white milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare and Cook the Steak
Let the ribeye steaks sit at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes before cooking
Season both sides generously with your favorite seasoning
Pre heat your BBQ Grill then cook each side 3-5 minutes until done
