Today, I take another nostalic and historic memory lane road trip. In this episode, I visit the famous gravesite of actor Joseph Kearns. Kearns played Mr. Wilson on the classic 1950s-'60s TV sitcom DENNIS THE MENACE, which first aired from 1959 to 1963. The series was based on the cartoon strip by Hank Ketcham.

I also visit the former Palm Springs home of actor Herbert Anderson, who played Dennis' father Henry Mitchell. Anderson died in Palm Springs, California in 1994.

Kearns is buried at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills. Most of the other cast members have been cremated and have no final resting places to visit.

I also remember the rest of the cast: Jay North, Gloria Henry, Sylvia Field, Jeannie Russell, William Billy Booth, Sara Seegar and Gale Gordon.
