La Graciosa Island is situated off the coast of Lanzarote, making it an ideal destination if you’re already holidaying in the area. It’s a small but beautiful island, which you can certainly explore in just one weekend. The crystal-clear waters and stunning white sand beaches are a sight to behold – and you won’t find any crowds here either, well not in peak season!

Accommodation on La Graciosa is incredibly easy to find, with something to suit all budgets. Whether you’re looking for a beachfront villa or a luxury hotel, you can book yourself into the perfect place for a short stay. There are also plenty of camping sites.

Once you’re all settled in, it’s time to explore! You can take a boat ride around the island, soak up some rays on the beach, take a walk to the lighthouse and enjoy the views, head over to the traditional fishing village of Caleta de Sebo, or even do some snorkeling or kayaking around the reef!

If you’re feeling adventurous, there are plenty of activities available at La Graciosa. You can rent scooters, and bicycles or even take a boat tour around the island. Make sure you stay until sunset when the sky is lit up in a spectacular has of pink and orange.

With awesome accommodation options and loads of things to see and do, I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you’re holidaying in Lanzarote but don’t have time to explore the whole island, then I highly recommend spending a day or two here. You won’t regret it!
