In a major student-friendly move, the State Government has announced a 5-minute grace period for students appearing in the 10th and Intermediate board exams. This decision was taken during a high-level video conference chaired by Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao with District Collectors and SPs. The CS has issued strict instructions to ensure 100% transparency, adequate police security at sensitive centers, and basic amenities like drinking water, electricity, CCTV, and medical kits (ANM/First Aid) at every venue.
