Taylor Swift is facing an imminent lawsuit for infringing on an established brand, "Confessions of a Showgirl," owned by performer and Vegas mainstay Maren Wade - the Brand is a podcast, book, and show that has been in Las Vegas for more than a decade. Swift was put on notice by the USPTO that her Trademark is refused and rejected. Her continued use of the title could result in hundreds of millions in damages and require her to change her album title and cease and desist from releasing anything more under the name.
